When Are Disneyland’s Gay Days in 2022?
Gay Days Anaheim will again grace Walt Disney’s Magic Kingdom — the one in California — Disneyland’s Gay Days is back in 2022!
Gay Days Anaheim is an entire weekend of events each fall, and in the spring a smaller Mini Gay Day. The next hella-gay festivities at the Happiest Place on Earth take place on Sunday, March 5th with the smaller of the two events.
Mini Gay Day
Gay Days Anaheim says this is the 19th year they have hosted Mini Gay Day. The smaller gathering is reminiscent of the earliest Gay Day celebrations at Walt Disney World and Disneyland and is focused on one day and a sea of red shirts. Tickets and discounts are available at GayDaysAnaheimInfo.com.
Gay Days
A long-weekend of gay festivities take over Anaheim and the Disneyland Resort during the Gay Days Anaheim celebration each year. Traditionally held the first weekend in October, this year’s event will take place in September for the second year — Friday, September 16 through Sunday, September 18, 2022.
While specifics of this year’s lineup are still being worked out, you can likely expect drag royalty, cultural icons, club nights and a pool party nearby, in addition to time in the theme parks of the Disneyland Resort. Hotel discounts and ticket packages will be available in 2022.
